What warranty is offered on products and services?
We are a group of very
experienced specialist in electronics and electrical engineering. Our
senior staff members have backgrounds in information technology and
business administration. This allows us to keep up with emerging
technologies and remain stable as a company.
We specialize in home
Surround Sound, home theater, whole home audio, and flat panel installation for
home, retail, and business office customers.
Home Automation, Home Theater
and even electrical technologies consistently change and grow at the
rabid pace. The only more or less constant that remains is the people
and their experience. By employing experts in their trade and giving
them access to the latest technologies allows us to actually deliver
the solutions as opposed to conducting “trial and error” exercises’ in
your home or business.
We only work with vendors that
have a successful track record and large installation community. Brands
such as Sony, Panasonic, Pioneer, Jamo, Yamaha, Dennon, and many
more that we use have established themselves as leaders with years of
success. Being properly trained, having significant hands on
experience, and being authorized by manufactures to sell and install
their products protect you, the customer. It also guarantees top
performance and calibration of your products.
Our crews cover the areas in and around theDallas Metroplex. Short review of our customer files places them in
cities such as Frisco, Plano, Mckinney, Highland Park, Addison,
Southlake, Dallas. This is not to say we do not take on state wide projects.

(see Contact page). We have several shop locations for our installation
crews and inventory near your home.
Quality of work, people, and
experience backed up by a list of highly referenceable builders,
customers, business owners, and office managers. We employ installers,
designers, electricians, and consultants. You will not have to
coordinate between all the trades required to deliver your project. We
do not subcontract any part of your project.
In most cases we either have
products in stock and buy directly from the manufacturer, avoiding the
middle man. In cases where a unique product is requested we source it
through a limited number of local distributors with significant volume
discounts.
As an authorized dealer all of
our products are covered by a full manufacturing warranty, extended
warranty is available, but not required. All of our installations are
guaranteed for as long as you own your home or business.
