Below are pictures from a home automation system that Elite AV completed. It was a lengthy installation that expanded out 15 months from start to finish. When finished the home featured 32 zones of audio, 12 zones of video, 16 HD cctv cameras, thermostat control and a full intercom system between the 26 in wall touch panels. All of the video was distributed from the control room which featured a 32 zone AMX DGX fiber optic scaler and matrix switcher. This was one of the first residential uses of fiber optics for video transmission and it has the ability to send a video signal that is 1080p up to 5 miles.
